Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to multiple countries including, United States, Canada, México, Central and South America Countries. You will be able to choose the courier company and rate based on the available delivery time for your country. 

Can I pay with a Gift Card bought in this store in the Spa to buy products or treatments?.

No, the Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the online store.

What can I do if I received a damaged or faulty product?

Can I cancel my Order?

Please contact us by email to store@valispa.com. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours as once your order has been processed and packaged it can no longer be cancelled. If processing and handling hasn't occurred than we should be able to cancel your order but we cannot guarantee your order will be eligible for cancellation.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, however you need a Vali Store account to track your orders. You may visit your order page for more information on your order status and order confirmation.

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard and all forms of credit and debit cards, including a third party financing option at check out process. We also offer gift cards for purchase that provide store credit.
